Introduction to RightMatch

If you're new to RightMatch, here's a quick overview of what we do:

Creating an Interview

To get started with RightMatch, access your dashboard and click on "Create Interview." From there, you'll have a few options for creating your interview:

Example: Creating an Interview for a Personal Assistant

Let's say you're looking to hire a personal assistant. Here's how you can use RightMatch to create an interview:

Previewing and Editing Questions

Once you've created your interview, you'll have the option to preview the questions generated in real-time. You can also toggle to score technical questions and reorganize, edit, or regenerate questions as needed. Additionally, you can choose to use the interview as is or as a starting point for further customization.

Sending the Interview

When you're ready to send the interview to candidates, simply give it a title (e.g., Professional Assistant) and select the candidates you want to send it to. They will receive an invitation to complete the interview in their inbox, making the process seamless and efficient.

With RightMatch, creating and sending interviews has never been easier. Our platform streamlines the hiring process and ensures that you find the best candidates for your company. Give it a try today and see the difference it can make in your hiring process!
