RightMatch's AI-powered resume scoring tool helps you quickly evaluate candidates by providing a comprehensive score based on their experience, skills, and education. This feature allows you to make more informed hiring decisions by ranking applicants according to their alignment with your job requirements.
How Resume Scoring Works
Each candidate receives an overall score, known as the "signal," which is a weighted average of their experience, skills, and education scores. These weights are dynamically assigned based on your job description and hiring preferences, ensuring that the most relevant qualifications are prioritized.
Customizing Your Hiring Preferences
You can refine how RightMatch scores candidates by adjusting your hiring preferences. To do this:
Navigate to the Applicants page.
Locate the job posting for which you want to update preferences.
Click the ... menu next to the job’s name.
In the popup that appears, modify your preferences by adding specific qualifications and adjusting their priority.
The higher the priority of a preference, the more weight it carries in the final score.
By tailoring these preferences, you ensure that RightMatch’s scoring system aligns with your specific hiring needs, making it easier to identify top candidates at a glance.
